WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?
We sell coordinated stationery, gifts, invitations, thank you cards, announcements, and printable party decorations for children and mommies-to-be. Our printable party decoration packages consist of banners, cupcake toppers, food labels, straw flags, water bottle labels, welcome signs, party circles, favor tags, and party hats.
WHAT IS A PRINTABLE PARTY?
Printable party decorations are a great way to achieve a professional, coordinated, and personalized look for your party at a relatively low cost. It’s a simple 4-step process: (1) download your files (2) print your files at home or at a professional print shop (3) cut out and assemble the decorations (4) party!
WILL YOU PRINT AND ASSEMBLE MY PRODUCTS FOR ME?
We offer printing services on a select number of items (invitations, address labels, stickers, water bottle labels, thank you cards, favor tags and announcements). The other items we offer are only available in printable format (PDF files).
If you’ve never worked with printable files before there is no need to worry! Each purchase comes with a product guide that provides you with all of the information you need to know about your product and how to print, cut, and assemble it. We also have video tutorials available if you prefer to learn that way.
DO I NEED SPECIAL SOFTWARE TO OPEN THE FILES?
There is no special software needed to open a JPEG file. To open a PDF file you will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is available at no cost at www.adobe.com.
WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED FOR CUTTING AND ASSEMBLY?
You can generally get by with just a pair of scissors, tape, and ribbon, however, additional supplies you may want to consider purchasing include a paper cutter, a 2 ¼ inch paper punch, a hole punch, lollipop sticks, and glue sticks or glue dots.

WHAT TYPE OF PHOTO SHOULD I SEND?
If the product you purchased contains a photograph we recommend that they be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi to ensure optimum print quality in the final product. We are not responsible for the print quality of low resolution photographs.
Please note, by sending Paige Simple photographs to be used on your products you certify that you hold the proper authorization from the photographer (professional or otherwise) to do so. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold Paige Simple LLC liable for any misuse of copyrighted work.
WILL YOU EDIT MY PHOTO FOR ME?
We will scale/crop your photograph so it fits within the design of the product you purchased. We will also make the photograph black & white if you wish. If you’d like additional editing done to your photograph please contact us prior to your purchase for pricing.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
All orders must be placed through our Etsy shop.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS?
At this time we do not accept custom design orders. If you’re looking for minor modifications (color, pattern, font, or wording changes) to a current design please contact us and we may be able to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
WHAT IS YOUR TURN-AROUND TIME?
Digital items will be delivered within 1-3 business days (assuming we have all of the information we need to complete the order). Physical items will be delivered within 7-10 business days (assuming we have all of the information we need to complete the order).
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
Printed products are shipped through the US Postal Service and sent via Priority Mail or First-Class Mail depending on what’s available for to products you purchased. Both mail services generally takes 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be provided to you once your products ship.
Digital products are delivered via email or available via instant download (depending on what you purchase).
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
There is no shipping cost for printable items and shipping is included in the pricing structure for printed products.
WILL YOU RUSH ORDERS?
Of course. If you need an item sooner than our standard shipping schedule please contact us BEFORE you place your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional fees may be required.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we do not ship physical products internationally, however digital products can be ‘shipped’ anywhere in the world as long as you have an email address.
I’M INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A ‘PRINTABLE’ ITEM. WHAT TYPE OF FILE WILL I RECEIVE?
If you’d like to purchase a ‘printable’ invitation, announcement or photo card you will be given the option to purchase a JPEG file or a PDF file. ‘Printable’ party decorations (cupcake toppers, banners, favor tags, etc.) are only available as PDF files.
JPEG files can be printed at home on a photo printer, in a photo lab, or can be emailed as an attachment. They are formatted as a 5×7 photo.
PDF files can be printed at home or at a professional print shop. They are formatted for printing on standard 8.5×11-inch paper.
DO YOU SEND DESIGN PROOFS?
If the product you purchase has a personalization or custom change we will send you a design proof for review and approval. We do not send design proofs for items that have not been altered from the original design. All proofs are sent within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order and are sent to you through Etsy.
We provide up to 2 design proofs for each item purchased. If additional proofs are required you will be charged a fee based upon the complexity of the requested design changes.
Please be on the lookout for your proof to avoid any delays in your order. If we do not hear back from you within a reasonable time frame (generally 3 days) we may send your product to print without final design approval.
MY FILE IS ZIPPED, HOW DO I UNZIP IT?
If the email you receive contains a zipped file simply download the zipped file to your computer, right click on the file and select ‘Extract All’. This will unzip the folder and allow access to the files.
CAN I EDIT THE FILES?
No, the files we send are protected so once we send you a document it cannot be edited. If you’d like custom text added, on food labels for instance, we can do so for an additional fee. If there is a mistake in the document, please contact us and we will correct it.
MAY I SHARE THE FILES?
No, they are for personal use only and may not be used in mass production, shared, sold, and/or distributed as finished products.
WHY ARE MY FILES PRINTING SMALLER THAN THE LISTED SIZE?
You may not be printing the document at 100% scale. When you print, be sure the page size is not being scaled down.
WHY DO THE COLORS LOOK WRONG WHEN I VIEW MY FILE?
If you’re viewing your files or proof on an iPhone or iPad the color may look off (pinks may look neon for instance). This is due to the screen display on the device. To rectify, simply access your files from a computer and the colors should display as expected.
THERE’S A MISTAKE ON MY FILE! WILL YOU FIX IT?
It is your responsibility to review all personalized information before approving your design proof. If we made a mistake on your final document (e.g. sent/printed the wrong version) please let us know and we will correct it as soon as possible. If we were not responsible for the error there may be a fee to have the file updated/re-printed.
THERE ARE LITTLE BLACK LINES ON MY INVITATION FILE. WHAT ARE THEY?
The little black lines you see in the corners of your invitation file are trim lines that are designed to show you where to trim the document. If you trim along the lines, your invitations will be the appropriate size and will fit your envelopes correctly.
PAPER & ENVELOPES
WHAT PAPER DO YOU RECOMMEND I USE FOR MY ‘PRINTABLE’ FILES?
Printing on high quality bright white card stock is recommended for the best results (our preference is 100lb or higher). Matte finish premium photo paper or presentation paper also work well.
If you’d like to make stickers out of your printable documents we recommend printing on full-sheet label paper. Onlinelabels.com and Avery (8165) both carry a number of full-sheet label options.
All of these items can be purchased at your local office supply store.
WHERE CAN I FIND ENVELOPES?
Paper Source.com has a good selection of colored envelopes. You can find envelopes at any craft or office supply store. Please make sure you buying the correct size – most of our invitations are formatted for size A7 envelopes (5×7).
WHAT TYPE OF PRINTER DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR PRINTING AT HOME?
Inkjet printers generally work the best for at-home printing. We recommend setting your printer to “fine print” or “photo print” to achieve a good depth of color.
IF I DON’T WANT TO PRINT AT HOME WHERE SHOULD I HAVE MY DOCUMENTS PRINTED?
PDF files can be printed at any professional print shop. Commonly used professional print shops include Staples, Kinkos, Office Depot, and AlphaGraphics (my favorite). Most professional print shops have the ability to print your cards/invitations double-sided and will trim them to the appropriate size for you. We recommend having them print a test document for you to review before you commit to printing a large quantity.
Please note that Vistaprint does not use industry standard dimensions for what they call a ‘5×7’ invitation. It actually measures 7.17×4.61 and is therefore not compatible with our printable designs.
JPEG files can be printed at a photo lab or through a photo site such as Shutterfly or Snapfish. JPEG files cannot be printed double-sided.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I PRINT MY FILE?
As long as it’s for personal use, you can print your files as many times as you want.
THE COLORS ON MY PRINTED PRODUCT LOOK DIFFERENT THAN ON MY COMPUTER SCREEN. CAN YOU FIX IT FOR ME?
Unfortunately, all printers handle color a little bit differently so it’s difficult to predict exactly how the color will turn out when you print. We recommend testing a page or two before you print all of your documents. Also, check all of your printer settings, make sure you have plenty of ink, try printing on different paper, or take the files to a professional print shop.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
I am on the East Coast and a work-at-home mom. My business hours are pretty much whenever I find some free time! I can promise you that all inquiries are responded to within 48 hours and all orders are filled within the time frames noted.
