What type of printer do you recommend for printing at home?
Inkjet printers generally work the best for at-home printing.
Where should I have my documents printed?
PDF files can be printed on your home printer or at a professional print shop. Some common professional printing shops include Staples, Kinkos, Office Depot, and Vistaprint. Most professional print shops have the ability to print your cards/invitations double-sided and will trim them to the appropriate size for you. We recommend having them print a test document for you to review before you commit to printing a large quantity.
JPEG files can be printed at a photo lab or through a photo site such as Shutterfly or Snapfish. JPEG files cannot be printed double-sided.
How many times can I print my file?
As long as it’s for personal use, you can print your files as many times as you want!
The colors on my printed product look different than on my computer screen. Can you fix it for me?
Unfortunately, all printers handle color a little bit differently so it’s hard to predict exactly how the color will turn out when you print. We recommend testing a page or two before you print all of your documents. Also, check all of your printer settings, make sure you have plenty of ink, and try printing on different paper. If you continue to be dissatisfied with how the colors are appearing we may be able to do a custom color change on your files for an additional fee.
