How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed through our Etsy shop. If you’re looking for something that is not listed in the shop please contact us through Etsy. If it’s a request that we can accommodate, we will work with you to create a custom order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (through Etsy direct checkout) and PayPal. Please note that work will not begin on your order until full payment is received.
Where do I enter my coupon code in Etsy?
If you have a coupon code you can enter it on the payment page in Etsy just below where you select how you will pay. Go to your ‘Cart’. On the right-hand side you’ll see the available payment options (‘How You’ll Pay’) and then a link that reads ‘Apply shop coupon code’. Click the link, enter the code and then click ‘Apply’.
Do you send design proofs?
If the product you ordered has a personalization or custom change we will send you a design proof for review and approval. We do not send design proofs for items that have not been altered from the original design. All proofs are sent within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order and are sent to you through Etsy.
We provide up to 2 design proofs for each item purchased. If additional proofs are required you will be charged a fee based upon the complexity of the requested design changes.
Please be on the lookout for your proof to avoid any delays in your order. If we do not hear back from you within a reasonable time frame (generally 3 days) we will send your product to print without final design approval.
What is your turn-around time?
Turn-around time for digital items is generally 1-3 business days. Turn-around time for physical items depends on the product, but is generally 7-10 business days.
If you’re ordering during the HOLIDAY SEASON please check the announcement area at the top of our Etsy shop for current turn-around times. They occasionally may be delayed due to order volume.
Printed products are shipped through the US Postal Service and sent via either Priority Mail or First-Class Mail depending on what’s available for your particular order. Both mail services generally takes 2-3 business days.
Will you rush orders?
Of course, but it may come at an additional cost and will depend on our schedule. Please don’t hesitate to contact us through Etsy to see if we can meet your deadline.

There are little black lines in the corners of my PDF file. What are they?
The little black lines you see in the corners of your PDF file are trim lines that are designed to show you where to trim the document. If you trim along the lines, your document will be the appropriate size and will fit correctly in your envelopes.
